Customers
We’re in the founding-cohort phase.
The next 25 paying shops shape what Pitlane ships next, what features land in their first 60 days, and what stories appear here. The first case studies land once those shops have meaningful 60- and 90-day numbers to share.
We’d rather say this clearly than fake a logo wall. Below is the structure every Pitlane case study will follow when the stories start landing — and an open invitation to be one of them.
Founding cohort
Be one of the first 25 shops on Pitlane.
Three things you get that won’t exist after we hit 25 paying shops:
- 1Founder access. Direct email to the person who writes the code. Monday call slot if you want one. No support tier games, no Tier-1 filtering.
- 2Roadmap influence. One feature you ask for in the first 30 days gets prioritized over the rest of the queue. Look at the public roadmap to see what the queue looks like.
- 3Founder-locked pricing. Whatever you sign at — $97, $197, or $297 — stays your rate for as long as the account is active. Future price increases don’t apply.
The format
What every Pitlane case study will include.
Every story published here will follow this same shape. No testimonial vanity blocks, no curated quotes without numbers.
The shop
Bay count, year founded, region, primary specialty (general repair, diesel, fleet, EV / hybrid). One paragraph — context, not a profile.
What changed
Specific numbers — review count delta, declined-work recovery rate, repeat-customer percentage, time-to-rebook. 60 / 90 / 180-day windows where the data is meaningful.
What we shipped because of them
Every founding-cohort shop will have at least one feature in production that shipped because they asked for it. The case study names which one.
What the shop owner actually said
Pull quote from a real conversation, lightly edited. No PR-speak. If they say it sucked when it sucked, that goes in too — that's how shop owners read these.
How to evaluate Pitlane today.
The standard SaaS trust signals (logos, G2 reviews, case studies) don’t exist yet. Three signals do:
1. The public roadmap.
Every feature live, building, and on the way is at /roadmap. The same page tracks what shipped this month and what didn’t. If the cadence isn’t there, it’s visible.
2. The 30-day no-credit-card trial.
Run Pitlane on real customer data for a month before paying anything. The whole stack is unlocked during the trial — every feature, no quota games, only a 100-SMS soft cap so you can’t accidentally rack up carrier fees on a test account.
3. The security posture and integration list.
Both are public — /security for the technical controls, /integrations for what’s live, coming, and on the roadmap. No “contact sales for security review” gating.
About the founding cohort.
Why don't you have customer logos on the homepage?
Because we don't have customers yet who've agreed to be on the homepage, and we'd rather say nothing than make up names or use stock-shop-photos. The first paying-shop logos go up the day a shop says yes to being on the page.
Are you new? Why should a shop trust this?
Pitlane is in its founding-cohort phase as of May 2026. The founding cohort is shop #1 through shop #25, and most of them aren't on the site yet. The trust signals you have today are: the public roadmap (every feature shipped is in /roadmap), the weekly shipping cadence (commit log is public), and the 30-day no-credit-card trial that lets a shop run the whole product on real customer data before paying anything. Pick the one that maps to how you actually evaluate vendors.
What does the founding cohort actually get?
Three things. First, a direct line to the founder for product feedback — every cohort shop gets a Monday call slot if they want one. Second, the right to ask for one feature in the next 30 days that gets prioritized. Third, founder-locked pricing — if the cohort signs at the current $97 / $197 / $297 tier, that price is locked for as long as the account stays active, regardless of future price changes.
How do I become a case study?
Sign up, run Pitlane for 60 days, and email customers@usepitlane.com when you've got a story worth telling. We'll write the first draft and send it back for your edits before anything goes live. You control the level of detail — name + city is the default; specialty + bay count is opt-in.
Founding-cohort spots are open.
30-day free trial. No credit card. Founder access, founder pricing, and a direct say in what ships next.
