Migrate
Move to Pitlane in under 10 minutes.
Native importers for Tekmetric, Mitchell 1, and Shopware. Generic CSV import for AutoLeap, AutoVitals, and Shopmonkey. No integration to set up, no per-row charge, no data hostage.
How the migration works.
- 1
Export your customer + vehicle list
Every major shop tool has a customer/vehicle CSV export. Pull the full list — the importer dedupes safely on email or phone, so re-imports don't duplicate records.
- 2
Sign up for Pitlane
Create your account on /signup. The migration tool is part of the 30-day free trial, no credit card required to start.
- 3
Settings → Migration → drop the CSV
Auto-detect identifies the format. Native parsers exist for Tekmetric, Mitchell 1, and Shopware. The generic parser handles everything else by column name.
- 4
Review and confirm
Preview shows row counts, the column mapping, and any warnings (malformed phones, dropped rows with no first name). Click import — typical shop lists land in seconds.
- 5
Connect Stripe and Google Business Profile
Two more clicks: connect Stripe so customers can pay invoices, and link your Google Business Profile so review requests route to the right page.
Native importers
Column-aware parsers — zero manual mapping.
These three sources have purpose-built importers that recognize the export format by column fingerprint and map every field automatically.

Every importer pulls the same canonical shape — customers, vehicles, and a service-record stub. The shape Pitlane needs to start firing reviews, follow-ups, and reminders the day you go live.
What doesn't transfer: full RO line items (Pitlane's RO writer is in beta as of May 2026), inventory, and parts catalogs. Most shops keep their existing SMS for those workflows and run Pitlane for the customer relationship.
Move your customer list. Keep what's working.
30-day free trial. No credit card. Run Pitlane and your existing shop tool side-by-side as long as you want — there's no cancellation clock here.
