Stripe
Connect your own Stripe account. Customers pay by a texted link; money goes straight to your bank. Pitlane takes 0% platform fee on payments. Stripe's standard 2.9% + 30¢ per charge still applies, billed by Stripe. You only pay the Pitlane subscription.
Stripe Connect Express. Onboarding takes about four minutes. Pitlane never holds funds; payments settle directly to the shop's Stripe-connected bank account. Webhook signature verification on every event.

Per-shop SMS (A2P 10DLC)
Every shop gets its own dedicated SMS number with carrier-registered A2P 10DLC. Two-way inbox, automated review requests, win-back sequences, and TCPA-compliant STOP / HELP handling.
Pitlane owns the A2P 10DLC brand registration. Each shop runs on its own Twilio subaccount with a dedicated local number Pitlane provisions; subaccount credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest. The shop registers nothing and never needs its own Twilio.

Google reviews
Paste your Google review link once. Every customer gets the link after a job, and anyone with a problem can also message you privately. PitCrew drafts a reply to any review that you copy and post yourself.
No OAuth or account connection required. You paste the review URL in settings and Pitlane sends every customer to it, and PitCrew drafts the reply you post.
Communications
Resend (transactional email)
Service summary emails, review requests, win-back sequences, account notifications. All routed through Resend from Pitlane's own domain; shop-branded emails show the shop's name as the sender.
One-click email unsubscribe is enforced and honored on every marketing send, so a customer who opts out is never emailed again.
Questions about integrations.
How do I get my data out of Mitchell 1 or Tekmetric and into Pitlane?
By CSV, and the importer already knows those formats. Export customers and vehicles, drop the file at /settings/migration, and Pitlane reads the column fingerprint, maps every field, and dedupes on email or phone. Re-imports are non-destructive, so you can run it again after a second export without creating duplicates. Repair-order line items and inventory counts stay in the old system; that history is not something a CSV carries.

Does Pitlane integrate with my accounting software directly?
Stripe Connect handles the payment side. Every successful charge settles into your own Stripe account, not Pitlane's, so your card revenue lands in your books through the Stripe feed your accountant already reads. Invoices and payment records export from Pitlane as CSV at any time.
What if I need an integration that's not on this list?
Email support@usepitlane.com with the integration name and the workflow you're trying to enable. The founder reads those, and what shops ask for most is what gets built next.
Do integrations cost extra?
No. There is one plan at $200 a month and every integration on this page is part of it. Email review requests, Google review routing, CSV migration, two-way SMS, and card payments are all on from day one, trial included. Nothing here is an add-on and nothing unlocks later.
Do I need my own Twilio account to send SMS?
No. Pitlane owns the A2P 10DLC carrier registration and provisions your dedicated local number. Two-way SMS is included, and the trial includes it too with a 100-message cap for the whole trial. You text customers from your shop's own local number, not a toll-free line. STOP and HELP are handled automatically, consent is tracked, and it stays TCPA and CAN-SPAM compliant. You don't set up or pay Twilio separately.
