Integrations
What’s live, what’s coming, what’s next.
Honest list. Live integrations are in production today. Coming integrations are committed and next up, but each rides on a sales-led partner program, so the timing isn’t fully ours to set and none are in active build yet. Roadmap integrations are further out.
Live today
5 integrationsPayments
Stripe
Connect your own Stripe account. Customers pay invoices with a tap; money goes straight to your bank. Pitlane takes 0% platform fee on payments. You only pay the subscription.
Stripe Connect Standard. Onboarding takes about four minutes. Pitlane never holds funds; payments settle directly to the shop's Stripe-connected bank account. Webhook signature verification on every event.
Communications
Per-shop SMS (A2P 10DLC)
Each shop gets its own dedicated SMS number with carrier-registered A2P 10DLC. Two-way inbox, automated review requests, win-back sequences, and TCPA-compliant STOP / HELP handling.
Pitlane owns the A2P 10DLC brand registration. Each shop runs on its own Twilio subaccount with a dedicated local number Pitlane provisions; subaccount credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest. The shop registers nothing and never needs its own Twilio.
Communications
Resend (transactional email)
Service summary emails, review requests, win-back sequences, account notifications. All routed through Resend with shop-specific From addresses where DNS is configured.
Bounces and complaints feed back into the contact record so silent-failure addresses get suppressed automatically. 1-click email unsubscribe is enforced.
Communications
Google Business Profile
Connect your shop's Google Business Profile so review requests route to your real Google review URL. PitCrew AI also drafts review replies you can post back to Google with one click.
OAuth-based. We don't read or modify anything on the Profile beyond the review surface. Review URL discovery, recent reviews, and reply posting (when you confirm).
Coming
4 committedEach needs a sales-led partner agreement before the build starts. They’re committed and prioritized, not in active build yet, and the timing depends on the partner as much as us.
Parts
PartsTech
Search NAPA, WorldPac, AutoZone Pro, and 30+ other suppliers from inside an RO. Real-time price and availability. The first integration that closes the parts catalog gap between Pitlane and a full shop management system.
Access runs through OEC's partner program. Committed and prioritized; we integrate when access opens. The build itself is the smaller half of the work.
Vehicle data
CarFax Service Network
Auto-report every completed repair to CarFax on RO close. Drives shop discovery via CarFax Listings and lands the service entry on the customer's vehicle history page.
CarFax runs a sales-led Service Network partner program. Committed and prioritized; not in active build yet. The build is straightforward once access opens.
Vehicle data
OEM labor times
VIN-decoded OEM-grade labor times and repair procedures. Closes a big reason shops still pay a labor-guide vendor separately. Pairs with PartsTech for the AI-assisted quoting workflow.
OEM labor-time data is licensed through sales-led programs with industry-standard providers. Not yet licensed. Paired with parts pricing, it's what makes AI-assisted quoting genuinely useful.
Accounting
QuickBooks Online
Two-way sync of customers, invoices, and payments. Ends the monthly export-CSV-and-pray workflow most shops have today.
OAuth-based two-way sync. Mapping done at the customer + invoice level; tax codes and payment methods bridged via shop-level config.
On the roadmap
3 committedAutomation
Zapier + n8n
Public webhooks and a Zapier app for shops that want to wire Pitlane events into their existing automation stack. Slack, Notion, Airtable, custom dashboards.
Foundation is the public webhooks API. Webhooks for contact-created, review-received, RO-completed, payment-received, and inspection-approved are the first batch.
Calendar
Google Calendar (two-way)
Two-way appointment sync with the shop's Google Calendar. Today the in-app calendar is the source of truth; this opens it up to whatever calendar your team already lives in.
Read + write. Service advisors who run their day in Google Calendar shouldn't have to context-switch.
Vehicle data
TechMan / Bolt-On telematics
Fleet-shop telematics integration. OBD data, mileage, and fault codes flow back into the vehicle record so service-interval reminders fire on actual mileage, not last-known.
Fleet-shop pivot. Pairs with upcoming fleet-customer features.
Questions about integrations.
Why isn't there a Mitchell 1 / Tekmetric API integration today?
Both run sales-led API programs that take real time to negotiate and license. They're committed and prioritized, not in active build yet. In the meantime, Pitlane's CSV import handles the data pull today, so the data is already solved. The live API sync is what's still coming.
Will Pitlane have an open API I can build against?
Yes. Webhooks first, then a public REST API as part of the marketplace work. Webhooks are the unlock for Zapier / n8n / custom integrations and are scheduled before the full API surface. The full API ships when there's enough volume to justify the support cost.
Does Pitlane integrate with my accounting software directly?
QuickBooks Online is the primary accounting integration we're building. Stripe Connect already handles the payment side (every successful charge writes back to your Stripe account, not Pitlane's). Other accounting platforms (Xero, FreshBooks, Wave) are roadmap-level. Pace driven by how often shops actually ask for them.
What if I need an integration that's not on this list?
Email support@usepitlane.com with the integration name and the workflow you're trying to enable. Most requests fall into one of three buckets: Zapier-able (we'll get there with webhooks), critical-and-fast (we'll prioritize), or one-off. We'll tell you honestly which bucket your request lands in.
Are integrations available on every plan?
The integration plumbing isn't a separate paywall, but the workflows it powers follow plan limits. Email review requests, Google Business Profile, and CSV migration are on every plan including the trial. SMS and card payments unlock on Growth and up (the trial runs at Pro-grade access so you can try everything first). The Coming and Roadmap integrations will follow the same pattern: access is a function of the workflow it enables.
Do I need my own Twilio account to send SMS?
No. Pitlane owns the A2P 10DLC carrier registration and includes SMS in every plan. You text customers from your shop's own local number, not a toll-free line. STOP and HELP are handled automatically, consent is tracked, and it stays TCPA and CAN-SPAM compliant. You don't set up or pay Twilio separately.
Ship pace beats integration pace, eventually.
Pitlane ships every week. The integrations marked Coming land when their partner programs open, on the partner's timeline as much as ours. The underlying product keeps moving regardless.
