Most shops are imported inside a day. Walk-up customers can be added inline from the new-RO and new-inspection forms, no bailing out to a separate page.

Yes. Pitlane runs on SOC 2 Type II-compliant infrastructure (Vercel, Supabase, AWS) with encryption at rest and in transit, and every shop's data is row-level isolated. Pitlane's own SOC 2 audit is on the roadmap. We don't sell data and don't share it with advertisers. PitCrew AI sends prompts to Anthropic's Claude; per Anthropic's commercial API terms, those prompts aren't used to train its models. You can export everything or permanently delete your account from Settings.
