Read your Today dashboard

The dashboard is your whole shop on one screen: cars in the bays, what needs a decision, and the money on the board today. Here's what each part is telling you.

Run the shop floor board

The floor board is the multi-bay view: every car as a card moving across Waiting, In the bay, and Ready, so the whole shop sees what's where without asking. On Pro.

Work the bay as a tech

The Bay is the tech's screen: assigned jobs as cards, clock in on a line, mark it done, add a photo or a note, and grab a part. Built for a phone or a shared tablet.

Find any job in the jobs list

Jobs is the full list of repair orders: open, in progress, ready, and closed. Search and filter it to find any ticket, then click through to the RO.

Book an appointment

Put a customer on the calendar, pick the vehicle and time, and leave a note for the tech. Booked slots show on the schedule so the front desk isn't double-booking a bay.

Rearrange your dashboard

Drag the dashboard blocks into the order you want, hide the ones you don't use, and pick which quick action sits up top. Changes save on their own.

Turn on dark mode

Prefer a dark screen in a dim shop or late at night? Flip dark mode on in your dashboard settings. It's per person, so your setting doesn't change what your teammates see.

Jump anywhere with the command palette

Press Cmd+K (Ctrl+K on Windows) to open the command palette and search every customer, vehicle, repair order, and estimate at once. Arrow keys to move, Enter to open.
