Add a card, change plans, or cancel

Billing lives in one place and there's no lock-in.

Add a card

During the trial, nothing auto-charges. When you're ready, open Settings then Billing, add your card, and pick a plan. If you have a promo code like FOUNDER90, enter it at Stripe checkout.

Change plans

From the same Settings then Billing page you can move between Starter, Growth, and Pro as your shop's needs change. Upgrading unlocks the new plan's features right away.

Cancel

One click in Settings then Billing. No contracts, no cancellation fees, no setup fees. Your access continues through the end of the billing period you already paid for, and you're never charged again.

If you just let the trial lapse

You don't have to formally cancel a trial. If you never add a card, the account simply pauses when the 30 days are up. Nothing charges. Your data waits if you decide to come back.

Questions about a specific charge or payout? Those are in your Stripe dashboard, since card payments run through your own Stripe.
