PitCrew AI, its limits, and the morning briefing

PitCrew is the AI that drafts RO lines from a concern, writes review replies, and drafts declined-work recovery messages. You approve every word before anything reaches a customer. Pitlane never texts on its own.

The ceiling

PitCrew is included, and every shop gets the same ceiling: 500 actions a month and 150 in a day. That is roughly 20 a working day, more than a 1-2 bay shop uses. It is a fair-use guard so a runaway script cannot spend your money, not a smaller version of the product. The morning briefing never counts against it. The in-app concierge chat is in there too, so you can ask it things directly.

The morning briefing

In Settings then PitCrew AI, turn on the morning briefing and pick the hour. PitCrew sends a short read on the day ahead: what needs you, what's owed, what's worth chasing. Leave it off if you'd rather not get it.
