Build a one-off email or SMS campaign to your customer list, send it, and watch opens and clicks. Good for a slow-week special, a new service, or a seasonal nudge.

Edit your message templates

Pitlane ships eight starter templates for reminders, win-backs, and review asks. Edit them to sound like your shop, or add your own, in Settings then Message templates.
