Edit your message templates

Templates are the wording behind your reminders, win-backs, and review asks. Make them sound like you.

1. Open Settings then Message templates.
2. Edit a starter. Pitlane ships eight: pre-winter, pre-summer, and back-to-school checks, an oil-change reminder, a tire-rotation reminder, a 90-day win-back, a review request, and a holiday special. Click a body to change the wording.
3. Use variables. Tokens like {{firstName}}, {{shopName}}, {{vehicleYear}}, {{vehicleMake}}, and {{vehicleModel}} fill in per customer when a message goes out.
4. Add your own. Tap + New template for anything you'd send by hand.

The reminders that work read like a care note from the shop that knows the car. Lead with the service and the specific vehicle, not a coupon. More on the reminder strategy.
