Send an email campaign
Build a one-off email campaign to your customer list, send it, and watch opens and clicks. Good for a slow-week special, a new service, or a seasonal nudge.
A campaign is a one-off email to your list when you've got a reason to reach out.
- Open Campaigns from Grow and tap New campaign.
- Write the message.
- Choose who it goes to from your customer list.
- Send it.
After it goes out
Sent campaigns show their open and click rates, so you learn what your customers actually respond to. Drafts wait in the Draft tab until you're ready.
Two rules
- Campaigns are email only. Text campaigns are paused: the carrier registration we run for your shop number covers service texts (estimates, ready-for-pickup, authorizations, receipts, review asks), not promotional blasts.
- It only reaches customers who haven't unsubscribed. Anyone who opted out is skipped automatically, which is how the compliance works.
