Work faster: bulk actions, undo, duplicate, and the command palette

Bulk actions

• Customers: select several, change their status in one move, or export your list to CSV.
• Jobs: select repair orders on the Jobs list and advance their status together, the end-of-day cleanup in one click.

Undo a delete

Deleting an estimate line, a reminder, or a template gives you a short undo window in the toast before it's gone for real. Click Undo and it's back exactly as it was.

Duplicate a ticket

Same job, different day? Duplicate on an estimate makes a fresh copy. On a repair order, duplicate clones its lines into a new draft estimate, ready to send.

The command palette

Press ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows) anywhere in the app. Type to jump to any page or customer, run quick actions like starting a new RO, or search the help center without leaving what you're doing.
