Connect your Stripe account
Take card payments inside Pitlane in about five minutes. You connect your own Stripe, the money goes straight to your bank, and Pitlane takes a 0% platform fee.
Connect Stripe once and card payments turn on across every repair order. It's your own Stripe account, so payouts land in your bank and Pitlane never touches the money.
- Open Settings then Integrations. Click Settings in the left rail, then the Integrations tab.
- Click Connect with Stripe in the Payments card. It's the first card on the page. It opens Stripe's hosted onboarding in a new tab.
- Finish Stripe's onboarding. Stripe asks for your shop's legal name, EIN, address, and a bank account for payouts. Have a voided check or routing number handy. About three minutes.
- Confirm the Connected badge. Back in Pitlane, the Stripe card moves to the Connected section with a green Live badge. Card payments are now active on every RO. Send yourself a $1 test payment if you want to see the round trip.
What it costs
Pitlane takes a 0% platform fee. You pay Stripe's standard processing rate (2.9% plus 30 cents) and nothing on top. More on fees and payouts.
