Export your data or delete your account

You control your shop's data, including the part where you take it back.

Export everything

From Settings, you can export your shop's data: customers, vehicles, service history, and the records tied to them. Useful for your own backups, for accounting, or if you ever want to move it elsewhere.

Delete your account

Also from Settings, you can permanently delete your account. This removes your shop's data. It's the real thing, not a hide-and-keep, so export first if you want a copy.

What this means

• It's self-serve. You don't have to email anyone to get your data out or to leave.
• It's yours to decide. Pitlane doesn't hold your data hostage behind a support ticket or a cancellation call.

If you're leaving over something fixable, it's worth an email first. A person reads support@usepitlane.com and would rather fix the problem than watch you export. But the door isn't locked either way.
