Migrate from Mitchell1, Tekmetric, or Shopware
Bring your contacts, vehicles, and service history over with one CSV. Pitlane auto-detects the format, previews what it'll import, and skips rows you've already brought in. Re-runs are safe.
Switching systems shouldn't mean re-keying years of customers. The migration tool takes one CSV and brings your book across, history and all.
- Export a CSV from your old system. Mitchell1 Manager SE, Tekmetric, and Shopware all export a customer and vehicle list. A plain spreadsheet works too.
- Open Settings then Import. Drop the file in. Pitlane auto-detects which system it came from and shows the format it read.
- Check the preview. You see the detected format, the row count, and how many will skip as duplicates, all before anything is written.
- Wipe the sample data first if prompted. A fresh shop starts with pre-seeded sample contacts and history. Wiping makes sure your real data starts clean.
- Run it. Contacts, vehicles, and service history land in your shop. Re-running is safe: already-imported rows skip on conflict, so nothing doubles up.
This is the deeper cousin of a plain customer CSV import. Reach for this one when you're bringing history over, not just names and numbers.
