Choose which emails Pitlane sends you
The monthly shop report and the low-rating alert each have a switch under Settings then Notifications. Turn off what you don't read.
Open Settings then Notifications. Two switches:
- Monthly shop report. A once-a-month email with the numbers that moved: cars, revenue, reviews. On by default.
- Low-rating alert. The instant email when a customer leaves a low private rating, so you can call them before it becomes a public review. On by default, and worth keeping on.
Flip either one and it takes effect immediately. These control emails to you, the owner. What your customers receive lives in Settings then Templates and your review request settings.
