Build job presets for the work you do every day
Save your oil change, brake job, and diag as presets, then drop them into an estimate in one pick. Set them up once under Settings then Presets.
A preset is a saved job: the lines, the prices, the descriptions, ready to drop in.
Set them up
- Open Settings then Presets. New shops start with a few common ones you can edit or delete.
- Add a preset. Name it the way you say it out loud ("Front brakes", "Synthetic oil change") and add its lines: labor, parts, fluids, priced how you actually charge.
- Save. Done once, used forever.
Use one on an estimate
- On the estimate, look for the preset picker next to the add-line controls.
- Pick the job. Its lines land on the estimate as real lines you can still edit, so a one-off price tweak on this ticket never touches the saved preset.
Presets are shop-wide. Change one under Settings and the next estimate uses the new version, while old tickets keep whatever was dropped in at the time.
