Get your Google review link into Pitlane
Paste your Google review link once and every review request routes customers straight to your Google page. Here's where to find the link and where it goes in Pitlane.
Every review request Pitlane sends points the customer at your Google page. That only works once your Google review link is saved.
Find your link
- Open your Google Business Profile (search your shop name on Google while signed in as the owner, or go to business.google.com).
- Find the Ask for reviews or Get more reviews action. Google gives you a short share link, usually starting with g.page/r/ or g.co/.
- Copy that link.
Put it in Pitlane
- Open Settings then Shop.
- Find the Google review URL field.
- Paste the link and save.
That's it. Review requests now route customers to the right page, and the "reviews" step of your setup shows as done.
Then start asking
With the link in, send your first review request from a completed job, or let the automatic 2-hour-after-pickup ask do it for you.
